New entry in the maximum performance class
Introducing the single-cylinder four-stroke, four-valve, liquid-cooled 350 cc engine with electronic injection to the Piaggio MP3 range.
Already a success with the Piaggio Beverley 350, it’s not hard to see why it is widely considered one of the best engines ever built in its category. With performance equal to that of a 400 cc but a contained bulk and weight more like a 300, it’s light as a feather with the power to soar like an eagle.
An even more contemporary look
Modern and elegant, the MP3 350’s links to the world of motor cars can be seen in its refined finishing and intense attention to quality.
Design and comfort are at the forefront of the new range, with the new grill on the front shield upping its avant-garde credentials, and the new-look windshield and integrated hand protectors elevating the comfort level. Such details, together with the perfect seat-footwell-handlebar combination are testament to the new Piaggio MP3 350’s commitment to both touring and daily getting around town.
The Piaggio single cylinder 350 is the first scooter engine to include an automatic multiple-disc clutch in oil bath. A crossover from the motorcycle world, it delivers improved, long-term consistent performance, even under high thermal stress conditions. It absorbs any potential jerks or jumps of the transmission which can occur in a stationary start and creates a truly incredible driving experience.
Built for two!
The seat is now even comfier and the totally redesigned small back rest ensures that passengers also enjoy a thrilling yet safe ride. But wait, there’s more, in the shape of new ergonomically designed grip handles and practical fold away foot pegs. In short, the MP3 really is the ideal companion for those who enjoy sharing.
Take over the city on three wheels
The design, which echoes the Piaggio MP3 500 HPE Sport, is instantly recognisable by its numerous details in matt black, such as the five-split-spoke wheel rims.
Standard features include the waveform front brake discs, whilst the vibrant red spring of the shock absorbers add a touch of dynamism.
